My Cancellation Policy goes as follows: Tonnubari hair studio, own your beauty.

•I require a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any fees. Same day cancellation and no call no shows will be required to pay half of the service amount. If no payment is obtained, client will not be allowed to book in the future with me. 
• Please don’t be more than 15 minutes late If you are we might have to reschedule depending on service.
Please come inside the building and have a seat in the lobby.
•Your deposit can be transferred once, after that you will be required to pay an additional deposit for the rescheduled appointment.
